Who has an interest in making light of the situation. The point is that if crypto market had not rebounded the losses would be real. This isn't any different to Mt.Gox. The fact that there is more money in the banana stand is due to luck and not due to good financial planning. SBF still committed fraud, spent money he should not have and so whilst I understand the basis of the document it doesn't absolve SBF and his team of their wrongdoing.
