Ask HN: Would you use a pay-per-use AI chatbot with multiple models?
Hey HN,
I’m working on a platform that lets you use various LLMs (think GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.) in one place, with a pay-per-use model — no monthly subscriptions.
It’s geared toward devs and pros who want:
- Freedom to choose the best model for the job (coding, writing, analysis, etc.) - Clear, usage-based pricing - A single, streamlined interface to avoid juggling multiple platforms
Still nailing down the positioning, so I’d love your take:
- Does this sound like something you’d use? - What would make it a must-have for you? - Any red flags that’d keep you away? - Would you pick this over a single-provider sub (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude etc)?
Appreciate any feedback you’ve got!
